Watch the round limits. 200 sheet rounds a month sounds generous until you realise iteration counts: refining a table repeatedly consumes rounds the same way a first attempt does.

The price comparison flatters PopAI, and fairly: Copilot costs more than twice as much and only on top of a Microsoft 365 licence you already pay for.
The honest limitation
It lives outside your suite. Whatever you build has to be exported to wherever your work actually happens, and that step undoes some of the time saved.
If your spreadsheets are collaborative documents that colleagues open and edit, an integrated tool is the better answer even if it is more expensive.
Verdict
PopAI Sheets is a good fit for a specific person: someone who builds spreadsheets from research rather than analysing existing datasets, and who is not already locked into Microsoft or Google.
Freelancers, analysts and anyone compiling comparison tables from scattered sources will get real value. Teams working in shared Excel or Sheets files mostly will not.
